My Story

ABOUT ME

Hello!I'm Topher Cavanaugh.I'm a landscape photographer based in the USA who seeks to imprison the deep infinite sky in a fragile moment of time, and anchor it to the impermanent clay, soil, and rock on which we all stand. The only thing permanent is change, and I believe one of the most sublime beauties available to us to to look around us and within us for moments of Awe.

For me, the skies above, and the rocks below enrapture and inspire. If nothing else I want to encourage everyone to set your feet to the high places, your eyes to the stars; and experience the sublimity available to us all.

Finally, I am a supporter of our National Parks, and plan to donate 10% of my proceeds to various efforts to keep US National Parks pristine.

A digital nomad.

I write software and design complex systems for a living, and write prose and design complex systems for fun. But travel and photography are where my soul resides, deep in my nomadic heart.
